WILL MY GROUP BE THE ONLY ONE IN THE ROOM?
Yes, all of our bookings are private bookings so your group will be the only ones in the room. If you wish to add people to your initial booking, just bring them along and we can take that additional payment once you arrive.
CAN I ADD PEOPLE TO MY BOOKING?
Yes, you can bring along as many people (up to the limit of the room). We can take any additional payment necessary once you arrive.
CAN WE PAY SEPARATELY WHEN WE BOOK A ROOM ONLINE?
You cannot pay separately if booking online, however we are happy to reserve the room for you and you can pay once you arrive. You are also welcome to reserve the room with at least 1 ticket purchase and we can take payment from the remainder of your group once you arrive.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
We do not have an age restriction for our in-person traditional escape rooms, but remember that the younger the child the more assistance they will need in solving the puzzles.
We do have an age restriction for our in-person virtual reality escape rooms. Patrons must be at least 10 years of age.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your adventure time. This allows time for everyone to sign the waiver. If you arrive after the adventure begins you are welcome to join the adventure that has already begun. If your entire group arrives late, we will attempt to provide you with the entire 60 minutes. Please note that if necessary for us to keep on schedule your adventure time may need to shortened.
CAN I SIGN THE WAIVER AHEAD OF TIME?
You can go to our website and sign and submit the waiver online.
IF I AM UNDER 18 DOES AN ADULT HAVE TO SIGN FOR ME?
Parents and guardians can go to our website and sign the waiver for any minors.
DOES AN ADULT HAVE TO BE IN THE ROOM WITH MINORS?
We do not require adult supervision unless there are minors 10 and under in the room.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE ROOM IN ADVANCE OR CAN I JUST SHOW UP
We always recommend booking your room in advance so that we can make sure that the adventure is available for you. If you come in without a reservation you risk the possibility that there will be nothing available for you.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY RESERVATION?
We always encourage people to make reservations as soon as they have plans finalized. You are welcome to book the day of the event. It is possible to make an online booking up until 30 minutes prior to the adventure start time.
